Identify the coolant reservoir tank, it should be filled between the high/low level markings on tank where fitted or radiator filler cap, and describe how to top up to correct level, only remove the cap and top up when the engine is cold to avoid scolding yourself, check before & after a long journey or on a weekly basis.

-
Open the bonnet, identify where the brake fluid reservoir is and tell me how you would check that you have a safe level of hydraulic brake fluid.
Identify the brake fluid reservoir, check level against high/low markings. If the brake fluid regularly needs topping up there may be a more serious problem and you should get a qualified mechanic to take a look.

You can find the recommended pressures in the manufacturer's guide, use a reliable pressure gauge, check and adjust pressures when tyres are cold, before & after a long journey or on a weekly basis, don't forget the spare tyre and remember to refit valve caps.
-
Tell me how you would check the tyres to ensure that they have sufficient tread depth and that their general condition is safe to use on the road.
The tyre tread depth can be checked using a gauge & must be at least 1.6mm across the central ¾ of the breadth of the tyre & around the entire outer circumference, check before a long journey or on a regular basis, with a visual check daily to make sure there are no cuts and bulges.
